Why buying oil paintings
Have you ever thought about why the art is so valuable today in the world? And it has been in this way in each age, each tribe and each time.
No matter what, not like food, water, clothes – art is not necessary in our daily life. It should be luxious comsuming products. But people are still willing to pay amounts of money to buy these products. Why?
The most common use of oil works is to decorate their houses. Different types of paintings can enlighten a pale wall, and a special sulpture can attract notice to a lonely corner. Gorgious art works can light up any environment.
The art people choose will indicate the people’s status of that time. Some people may choose a painting because of its beauty, but some would choose because of its content or even deeper, its brushstrokes. To buy painting in museums has a problem that is they will avoid beauty a lot because their only purpose is to get a good benefit. The longer time the buyer are willing to pay, the higher cost they sacrifice.
Apparently, the biggest reason buying art is to decorate that blank wall, like hotel, restaurant, office etc..
